Iron ore processing plant works the initial physical treating part. Usually, iron ore processing plants include iron ore crusher, grinding mill, beneficiation plants and other assistant equipments.
Iron ore process:
Raw iron ore is exploded from the iron ore mines firstly. Then vibrating feeder will feed iron ores into the iron ore primary crusher crushing cavity, in which large size raw iron ore will be resized into iron ore sand. The iron ore sand is transmitted into secondary crushers by belt conveyors evenly and continuously. Then the out let of secondary crusher is carried into tertiary crusher, in which iron ore will be processed into powder size iron ore particles.
Processing Technologies
For beneficiation of iron ore, Kefid liaises with suppliers and evaluates equipment to make unbiased selections of the best equipment for the job.
Kefid draws upon its comprehensive in-house and licensed range of engineered technologies and selects the most appropriate equipment from all suppliers.
Feed Preparation Plants
Run-of-Mine (ROM) ore is prepared for processing by removing unwanted material, eg vegetation, crushed and milled and is classified according to size in circuits comprising washing units, screens, cyclones, crushers, mills, etc.
Product Recovery Plants
Valuable components of the ore feed are separated with a range of screening and separating techniques utilising the different shape, density, magnetic and surface properties of the constituent minerals.
Kefid designs efficient comminution systems that take into account the requirements of downstream metallurgical processes.
Crushing
All forms of crushing systems including in-pit, primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary crushing systems.
Grinding Circuits
Kefid has the services of a world authority in semi-autogenous grinding (SAG) circuits and is experienced in the design and construction of large autogenous grinding (AG) and
SAG circuits.
Kefid also has many rod- and ball-milling references.
Fine Grinding
Tower mills and ISA mills for flotation-concentrate grinding.
