For crushing iron ore, usually, the capacity will be big. Recently, one customer has asked a typical iron ore crushing solution. The feeding size is 1000mm. to crush to 0-8mm, 8-45mm at 700TPH. Also, the 0-8mm products should be 80%, it will be difficult to ensure 80% 0-8mm fine size.

In this case, we recommend a four stage crushing system to customers, first two set jaw crusher JC1100X1200, and then secondary hydraulic cone crusher HCS315(two sets) standard type, and then third stage three sets hydraulic cone crusher HPC500 short head, some 0-8mm final products will be separated directly, but mostly will go to sand making machine to ensure 80% 0-8mm products. Using European type jaw crusher, hydraulic cone crusher will make this crushing solution much efficient.
