process description
the raw granites are collected into the hopper from the loader or truck, then the granites are fed into the jaw crusher pe900x1200 by the vibrating feeder zsw1300x4900 for primary crushing. then the outputs are transported to the first vibrating screen 3yzs2160 for primary screening. the bigger size outputs about 150mm are transported to the standard type cone crusher csb160, the smaller size below 70mm are transported to the short head cone crusher csd160. then after crushed by the two cone crushers, the outputs are transported to the second vibrating screen 4yzs2460 for screening, the size 0-5mm-12 mm–25mm-36mm will be screened out as final products, the size bigger than 36mm will be transported back to short head cone crusher for re-crushing. then outputs will be transported to the 4yzs2460 for screening out the final products. it is the circle crushing line, the granite will be crushed again and again until all the output size below 36mm.

crushing process
1. this line includes three sets of mobile crushers: yg114c811 mobile jaw crusher + y4s216hpt300 mobile cone crusher. this is a two stages crushing line.
2. passing through the hopper, the granite raw materials are fed by vibrating feeder zsw1100x4200 into the european-tech jaw crusher jc840x1100 evenly and gradually for primary crushing. and the waste will be collected under the vibrating feeder and transported by side belt conveyor.
3. after primary crushing, the crushed gravel will pass through magnetic iron separator in order to separate iron content in it.
4. the stone of 0-180mm crushed by jaw crusher will be fed into hydraulic cone crusher hpt300 for secondary crushing;
