In the end of Dec., 2011, two customers from middle east country came to visit us. In these two days, our customers gave our high praise to our working attitude.

They said, when they come to KEFID, no matter it is Saturday or Sunday, no matter it is middle night or early morning, friends from KEFID still will come to pick up them in the airport, and meet them for business. It is not only business, it is a friendship, is an attitude for customers, for foreigners from other countries long distance. This attitude is good for the business, good for the friendship with the customers. When I come to China, I met too many salesmen from other companies, when I called them, they said it is off-work time, please come to our company tomorrow. They ignored my time is urgent, ignored we came to China from hundreds and even thousands of miles, they just said, it is six o’clock pm now, we are off work now. Thus salesmen is not for business, we will not choose them for our partners. Friends from KEFID are very friendly and responsible to us, and their products are so good, their factories are so amazing.

In general, a good working attitude for business is very important, the customers will choose salesman or sales women who are responsible and conscientious.
